EXPLANATION

The formula for finding pressure is Force/Area

To find the force, multiply 50 by 10  because there are 10 children each exerting a force of 50N.

The formula for finding area is length×breadth(width).

Therefore, to find the area you have to multiply 10m(breadth) by 30m(length).

Then you divide.

ANSWER

Pressure=Force/Area

Force=50×10=500N

Area=30×10=300m²

∴Pressure=500/300

=1.7 Pa
