A group of 7 friends are sharing an order of 5 pizzas. Each pizza is cut into 8 slices Explain how you could use different fractions to describe the amount of pizza each friend gets

1 pizza = 8 slices

5 pizza = 8×5= 40 slices

7 friends = 40 slices

1 friend = 40/7 slices

Fraction of pizza each will get= 8÷40/7

= 8×7/40

= 7/5

So, each will get 7/5 of a pizza.
