A group of farmers bought 28 tractors and trucks. There were 1.8 times more tractors than trucks. How many tractors and how many trucks were bought by the farmers?

Let numbes of tracks = X
than numbers of tractors= 1.8x
so x + 1.8x = 2.8
or 2.8x = 28
or x = 28/2.8 = 10
so numbers of trucks is X = 10
