How to abolish child labour in our  country

• Child labor refers to the act of making children who are at an age to go school are made work in the business or in any  organisation.
• There are many reasons making a child to work such as lack of resources associated with education, poverty, backwardness in social and economic, traditions followed in families,etc.
• There are many ways to eradication child labor in our country some of them are listed below.
• The national laws that are associated with the child labor must be reviewed.
• The age of the employees must be checked properly.
• Those children who are under the minimum age for work must not be hired.  
• Assessing the risks at the workplace is a good practice.
• Children must be eliminated from the hazardous workplace.
• Health and safety management system must be applied.
• We must give some support to the children who are engaged in child labor.  
• The working hours of the children under minimum age must be reduced.
