a group of students took a sample of milk in a beaker and past beam of light through it they were amazed to see that milk taken in a beaker was illuminated they tried the same activity by Takken salt solution but found that the light simply passed through it . a) name the phenomenon involved. b )why the same result were not observed with solutions

tyndall effect light was illuminated by the make solution because it is a colloidal solution and where is salt solution is a true solution in which tyndall effect is not possible

Tyndall effect but light is not passed from milk because milk contain big particles than salt solution
