A) rate of doing work or the rate of consumption of energy is Power.

B) power = work / time

work = force x displacement

force = m x g = 45 x 10 = 450N

displacement = 25cm x 20steps = 500cm = 5m

work = 450 x 5 = 2250J

time = 20s

therefore, power = 2250/ 20 = 112.5 watt

hope this helps!!!!!

Raksha02: sry..took g as 9.8
Noorpathan: but the value of g is given then we cant change it
Raksha02: yaa...i didnt notice tat properly
Raksha02: is tat ok??
Noorpathan: Yaa
Noorpathan: you are too good
Raksha02: thx!!
