Let the recoil velocity of gun be x.

Muzzle velocity :-

150g × 1000m/s

0.15kg × 1000m/s

1500kg.m/s

Recoil velocity :-

15kg × x

By newtons second law of motion :-

15kg × x = 1500kg.m/s

x = 1500kg.m/s/ 15kg

x = 100m/s

So, the recoil velocity is 100m/s
