Kinetic energy of bullet = Kinetic energy of gun
let m1 be mass of gun and m2 be mass of bullet and with velocity v1 and v2 respectively
1/2 m1 v1 square = 1/2 m2 v2 square
substitute values
1/2 x3 x v1 =1/2 x 0.3 x 100
