A guy wire to a tower makes a 71° angle with level ground. At a point 32 ft farther from the tower than the wire but on the same side of the base as the wire, the angle of elevation to the top of the pole is 33°. Find the wire length (to the nearest foot).

Answer:Angle 2 = (180-71)=109  

Angle 3 = 180-109-32=3136/sin(35) = x/sin(36)  


solve for x:  

sin(32)/sin(31) = x/33

the value of x is answer
