Total money of A = 160

Money spent by him = 20%

20% of 160 =

160  \times  \frac{20}{100 }  \\  \\  = 32 \: rupees

Total money of B = 440

Money spent by him = 30%

30% of 440 =

440 \times  \frac{30}{100}  \\  \\  = 132 \: rupees

So clearly B spent more money.
