Given,

Dimensions:-  10m × 12m× 14m

From here  we  get,

Length (l) = 10m

Breadth(b) = 12 m

Height (h) = 14 m

Using 3D form of  Pythagoras Theorem,

Diagonal =

\sqrt{l^2+b^2+h^2}\\\;\\=\sqrt{10^2+12^2+14^2}\\\;\\=\sqrt{100+144+196}\\\;\\=\sqrt{244+196}\\\;\\=\sqrt{440}\\\;\\=20.9\\\;=21m


Hence option d.) 21m is  correct.
