Area of 4 walls = 2×h(l+w)

= 2×5(12+10)

= 10×22

= 220 m^2

Area of roof = l ×b

= 12×10

= 120m^2

Total area = 220+120

= 340 m^2

Rate= m^2/5.40

Price= 340/5.40

= Rupees 62.96
