Area of Floor= Length X Breath=6.5 X 12= 78 sq.cm

Area if Walls= 2(Height X Length)+ 2(Height X Breath)

We take length and breath separately because the floor is not square.

Ar of Walls= 2 X 6.5 X 6.5 + 2 X 6.5 X 12= 84.5 + 156= 240.5 sq.cm

Hope it helps.
