14m = 1400cm

12m = 1200cm

area of rectangle = l*b = 1400 * 1200

no of tiles = 1400* 1200 / 8*6 = 350000

Answer:

35000

Step-by-step explanation:

area of the floor = 14m× 12m = (1400×1200)cm^2

area of each slab = (8×6)cm^2

No. of slabs required = 1680000÷ 48 = 35000

Therefore,

no. of slabs required to cover the floor=35000.

Hope this works ♥️
