Rectangular hall

L= 16m

B= 10m

Square tiles

Side = 20cm= 0.2m

Therefore,

No. Of tiles = area of hall÷ area of 1 tile

= 160÷ 0.4

= 1600 ÷ 4

= 400 tiles

Therefore, no. Of tiles is 400 tiles

area of hall=16×10=160×10000=1600000 cm^2

area of one tile=20^2=400 cm^2

no. of tiles=1600000/400=4000
