a hammer of mass 1 kg falls freely from a height of 2 m. calculate the kinetic energy of the hammer just before it touches the ground.

kinetic energy (ke) = 1/2mv^2

kinetic energy (ke)= 1/2×1×9.8×9.8

(note:- 9.8 is the value of (g) gravity ,which is the velocity when a object falls down).

so, answer is/= 48.02
