a hare runs at 5 m/s and a tortoise runs at 0.5 m/s. they start from same point inthe same direction simultaneously.how far will the hare be ahead of tortoise after 30 mins?

Hii friend,

we know the formula,

Time× velocity= distance

For hare,

distance= 5×30×60(secs)

distance= 9000m

For tortoise,

Distance= 0.5×30×60

distance= 900m.

The difference in the distance= 9000-900

=8100m.

The hare is 8100m ahead of tortoise.
