diameter=24

radius=d/2=24/2=12

height=3.5

volume \: of \: cone \:  =  \frac{1}{3} \pi {r}^{2} h

 \frac{1}{3}   \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 12 \times 12 \times 3.5

 = 528 {m}^{2}

area of cone =528

Answer:

Cone :-

Radius=12cm

Height=7/2cm            (easy for calculation)

Volume of rice = volume of cone              l = √r² + h²

= 1/3\pir²h                                        = 144 + 49/4

=1/3 * 22/7 12*12 * 7/2                                     = (576 + 49)/4

528 cm³                                                 = 625/4

                                                   √625/4= 25/2cm

Area of canvas covered= CSA of cone

=\pirl

22/7*12*25/2

=471.42cm²

Hence. proved.
