I is directly proportional to Voltage
So if V is doubled then I also doubles I.e I=10A

U know ..that
V=IR/V
If potential difference is doubled the current flowing through the heater will also be doubled ..as ratio of V to I ...is constant..
V'=2V
so I = 2×5=10A..
