Power = 4KW = 4000 W Volt = 220 Electric power , P=VI (I)After putting values, I = 18.18 A (II)R denotes resistance here ,V= IR R= V/ I= 220 V/ 18. 18 A= 12. 1012 ohm. (III) Power= 4000 W= 4000 J/ s So, in 2 hours energy in kWh is = 4000J/ s * 3600 * 2/( 3600000)= 8 kWh

BrainlyYoda: Please mark as brainliest answer
kvnmurty: in step II),,,, R = V^2 /P = 220^2/4000 = 12.1 Ohm exact....
kvnmurty: you used an approx or rounded off number 18.18 to calculate R... so there is an approx value obtained. Preferable to use V^2/R directly, if it is possible, instead of using a rounded off number.
BrainlyYoda: But the answer should be as accurate and as precised as possible.
kvnmurty: precise answer is 12.1 exactly.... 12.1012 is not correct...
kvnmurty: but you will get marks no problem... but what i pointed out is : use the input data directly to compute the answer...
BrainlyYoda: OK Sir
