resistance of coil is
R = V²/P
= 220×220÷100
= 484 ohm

when it cut into two half
resistance of each = R/2
= 242 ohm

when they joined in //
then
equivalent resistance = 121 ohm

P = V²/R

now voltage = V/2 =110
and R = 121

P = 100watt

is it the answer?
