Perimeter = 2(l+b)
P = 2 x( 18+72)
=2 x 90
=180
3shrubs are equal to 1 metre
So, number of shrubs needed will be 180 x 3 = 540 shrubs
Hope this helps you!

To find this first we have to find the perimeter of lawn.

Perimeter of rectangular lawn = 2(l+b)
= 2(18+72)
= 2(90)
= 180m

In 1 m 3 shrubs can planted.
So in 180 m no. of shrubs planted = 180×3
= 540

Therefore 540 shrubs be planted.
