Answer: a particular descends at rate of 25 m per min. at a particular time, it was at a height of 1850 m above the ground level. how long will it take to reach the height 250 m above the ground level​

Given height at which parachute was flying will be 1850 m

Now parachute descends to a height will be 250 m

So height of the parachute descended will be 1850 – 250 = 1600 m

Rate at which parachute descends will be 25 m per min

So time taken to descend 250 m height will be  

Speed = dis / time

Time = distance / speed

 Time = 1600 / 25

= 64 min

So the parachute takes 64 min to reach to a height of 250 m
