a hemisherical tank of radius 7/4 m is full of water . it is connected with a pipe which implies it at rate of 7 litres per second . how nuch time will it take to empty the tank completely

1 m³= 1000 l

1 l = 1000 cm³

7 litres per second = 7000 cm³ per second

7 / 4 m = (7 / 4)*100 = 7*25 = 175 cm

Voume of hemisphere = 2 / 3* pie * (175)*(175)*(175) = 11229166.6666.... cm³

11229166.6666.... cm³ =11229.1666...... litres

Water emptied per second = 7 litres

Time required to empty the tank is

11229.1666..... * 1 / 7 = 1604.1666.... sec

= 26.74 minutes
