A hemisphere bowl made of brass has inner diameter 0.105m. find the cost of tin-plating it on the inside at the rate of ₹16 per 100cm2.

 radius=0.105m=0.105*100 cm

=10.5 diameter

radius=10.5/2= 5.25

 

now CSA=2*22/7* 5.25 * 5.25

=173.25 cm square

cost of tin plating=rs.16 /100cm square

cost for 173.25 cm square =173.25 * (1/ 100) * 16

=27.72

thus the cost of tin plating it inside = 27.72
