inner radius = 0.105/2=0.0525
surface area of the hemispherical bowl=2X22/7X(0.0525)(0.0525)
find surface area then multiply the cost of tin plating
will take some time but try it maybe it can solve the question

Hemispherical bowl

Inner diameter = 10.5 cm

Inner radius = 10.5/2 = 5.25cm

Inner curved surface area = 2πr²

= 2×22/7 × 5.25²

= 173.25 cm²

Cost of tin plating at 100 cm² = Rs. 16

Cost of tin plating at 1 cm² = Rs. 16/ 100

= Rs. 0.16

Cost for 173.25 cm² = Rs. 0.16 × 173.25

= Rs. 27.72
