Circumference = 17.6 cm = 2 *22/7*r

r = 17.6*7 / 22*2 = 11.2m

CSA of the dome for painting = 2 pi r2 = 2*22/7*11.2 = 70.4m = 7040cm

cost of painting it = 7040/100*5 = Rupees 352
