A hemispherical hollow bowl has material of volume 436 pie divided by 3 cubic cm it's external diameter is 14 cm find its thickness

volume = 436pie/3

2/3pier r^3 = 436pie/3

2/3 r^3 = 436/3

r^3 = 436/2

r^3 = 218

r = 6

thickness = outer radius-inner radius

= 7 - 6

= 1 cm

Therefore thickness = 1 cm
