A herd of cows gives 4 litres of milk each day . But each cow gives one - third of total milk each day . They give 24 litres milk in six days . How cows are there in the herd ? . Who will give step by step explanation. I will mark them brainliest.

Let number of cows = X

each cows give 1/3rd of Total milk , That means = 4/3 litre each day ..

x*(4/3) = 4

x = 3 cows answer .

we can check also now ,

6*(3*4/3) = 24 litre (Proved)
