A higher concentration of molecules causes a faster chemical reaction. This is known as the chemical equilibrium phenomenon.
According to this phenomenon if we increase the concentration of reactants the rate of the reaction also increases because more particles of reactants are taking part in that reaction which accelerates the speed and the rate of that reaction.
But this increase of reacion rate is limited to a certain level .
