Answer:

Since 1/4 th in water therefore 1 - 1/4 would be above water and visible

   i.e.  = 3/4 part of hill's visible

height of hill  =  101 1/3 = 304 /3

  visible part = 3/4 * 304/3 =  304/4 = 76m
