=1÷3×22÷7×12×12×3.5
=528 m cube

canvas cloth required = Csa of cone

$l \: = \sqrt{144} + 12.25 \\ 25 \div 2 = 12.5 \\ \\csa = 3.1412 \times 12.5 \\ = 471 {m}^{2}$
