A hockey ball is at rest is hit by a hockey stick such that the force acts on the ball for 0.08s. If the ball is of mass 100g and covers a distance of 80m in 1.6 seconds after the action of the force , then find the magnitude of the force.Pls answer fast. ( Who ever write the correct solution quickly will be marked as the brainliest answer.. hurry up). Hint- the answer is 62.5 N. So pls send the correct solution only

Answer:

No, the answer is 6.25 N

Explanation:

You know the second law of motion which gives the formula -

F = MA

Force = Mass × Acceleration

Also the law -

S = U×T + 0.5×T×T

Here,

M(Mass) = 100 G, U(initial velocity) = 0m/s, T(Time) = 1.6s, S(Distance) = 80m

So,

S = U×T + 0.5×T×T

80 = 0×1.6 + 0.5×A×1.6×1.6

80 = 1.28×A

So A = 62.5m/s^2

F = 0.1 * 62.5

So force is 6.25 N
