Mass = 200 g = 0.2 kg
u = 10 m/s (initial velocity)
v = 5 m/s (final velocity)

CHANGE IN MOMENTUM
= mv - mu
= m(v-u)
= 0.2 (5-10)
= - 1 kg m/s
