Answer:

v=1/4π€o × Q/r

v= 9×10^9× 4×10^-8/0.4

v= 9×10^1/0.1

v=9×10^2

v=900v

Answer:

The question is wrong...

...the charge on the sphere should be 4x10^-8Coulumb

formula is V=kq/r...

the radius will be 4cm=0.04m

q = 4x10^-8 C

k = 9x10^9 N-m^2/C^2

v= 9,000 N-m/C = 9,000 V
