heya friends !!!

As you know when a horse is grazing the field then it must be grazing round area....if horse is tied .

so,area of circular field grazed by horse =πr^2

here r is radius =21m

so,Area of circular field grazed by horse

=>πr^2=)2*22/7*21

=>22/7*21*21

=)1386 m^2. Ans......
