find area of pole
find area of circle
area which can be grazed =
ar of circle - ar of base of pole

but radius of pole is not given
so I cannot find answer

OR (for kids)

ar of circle=πr2
=22÷7×21×21
=1386cm2

pickwick: it can be solved
Rahulsingh131: find ar of circle
pickwick: take the length of string as radius
pickwick: answer is 1386 sq m
Rahulsingh131: i know
Rahulsingh131: i am in 10 standard
Rahulsingh131: but think situation when pole will we more broad
Rahulsingh131: horse will not not be able to graze some ar in middle of circle
