Answer:

area of ungrazed part of square = area of square - area of quadrant

= side × side - 1/4 × 22/7 ×7 ×7

=20×20 -11×3.5

=400 -38.5

=361.5

Answer:

For the square,

length ,a =20cm

therefore,area=à^²

=20^2

=400sq.cm

For the quadrant ,

radius,r =7cm

angle (in degree measures),m=90

therefore area=m÷360×πr^2

=90÷360×22÷7×7×7

=38.5cm^2

again

area of the ungrazed lawn=area of the square - area of the grazed part

=(400- 38.5)cm^2

=361.5cm^2
