A horse pulls a cart with a force of 1500N.Will the cart move if the force of friction between the cart and the ground is 2000N.Why?
Will the cart move if the force of friction between the cart and the ground is 1000N

If the force of friction between the cart and the ground is 2000N then the cart wont move as the force0 of friction overcomes the force of the horse making it unbalanced and thus not allowing it to move.
If the force of friction is 1000N then the cart will move as the force of the horse is more than that of the frictional one

No cart will never move because the force applied by horse is less than force of friction. the cart will move when the force applied by horse is greater than force of friction
