1cm^2=\frac{1}{10^4} m^2

So, cross section of area in sq.m. = 2 \times 10^{-4} m^2

Rate of flow = \frac{1500}{5}L/m

1L = \frac{1}{1000}m^3

1 min = 60 second

Rate of flow = \frac{1500 \times \frac{1}{1000}}{5 \times 60}m^3/s=5 \times 10^{-3}m^3/s

Speed = Flow rate / cross section area = \frac{5 \times 10^{-5}}{2 \times 10^{-4}}=25m/s

Hence  the speed of water is 25 m/s
