It was a hot summer day. A fox was passing by a well. It was feeling very thirsty and looks into the well. The fox sees water inside the well and feels very happy. It jumps inside the well and drinks to its heart’s content. But, unfortunately, it is not able to come out after drinking the water. As it lay there wondering what to do, a goat passes by the well and sees the fox inside it. It asks the fox what it is doing inside. The clever fox says that the water is cool and so it is enjoying itself in it. It asks the goat also to jump in and check for itself. The goat believes the fox and jumps right in. The fox immediately climbs on the goat’s back and gets out of the well. It then looks at the stupid goat and jumps at its stupidity.
