Answer:

The answer to this question is = Rs 672

Explanation:

Total power used in one day =

(40 + 60 + 250) * 8

= 350 * 8

= 2800 W h

= 2.8 KWh

The power used in 30 days = 2.8 * 30

= 84 KWh

Therefore The cost = 84 * 8 = Rs 672

Answer:

power=40+60+250=350watt

=350/1000 kilowatts

or 0.35 kilowatts

time in hours=30×8=240

power=energy consumed/time taken

-》0.35 =energy consumed/240 h

energy consumed=0.35×240=84 kilowatts

cost of energy at rate of 8 rupees per KWH

=84×8=672 rupees
