Now, perimeter of the field=2(length +width)
also, given that perimeter =60m
Thus, 60=2[(x+6)+x]
60/2=(x+6+x)
30=2x+6
30-6=2x
24=2x
24/2=x
12=x
Hence, width of the field is 12m and length is x+6 i.e 12+6=18m
