(a) The matter about the death of the Tiger King was of extraordinary interest in the story. As per the prophecy of the astrologer at the time of the birth of the Tiger King was that the encounter with the hundredth tiger would be the reason for the King's death. A lot of actions were taken in order to make the life of the king safe and kill all the tigers but ultimately a wooden tiger became the reason for the King's death.
(b) The Dewan was the subordinate of the Maharaja. He assisted him in his work and helped him in killing the hundred Tigers. He took the tiger to the forest so that the king would kill it and be safe forever.
(c) When the Maharaja killed seventy tigers, he fell short of the tigers. There was no tiger left in his kingdom. In order to come up from this problem, the King married the princess of the kingdom in which there were many tigers. Whenever he would visit his father-in-law's house he would kill five to six tigers in order to complete the killing of the hundred tigers.
(d) One of the British officials was fond of hunting tigers. This made the Maharaja very scared. He refused the permission of hunting tigers. He also denied the proposal of only clicking a photo with the dead tiger. He thought that he at this point of time he would oppose the British officials, he would fall in trouble. Hence, he sent diamond rings in order to bribe them.
(e) In order to retain his kingdom, the Maharaja gave bribe to the British officials. He sends the expensive diamond rings of different designs for the good lady of the British officials. With the acceptance of the rings, the kingdom of the Maharaja became safe and retained at his hand.
