This is my view....
a) I think the mobile dispensary in the villages help the villages as they should have a proper source of communication. This will help them in various ways, one example is that they would learn other languages such as English while entertaining themselves, so it will be easier to understand those who don’t know how to speak Hindi and for the others to understand them as well
B) I think it won’t be necessary as many people IN cities have mobile phones, so it would be easier to do many things.
Hope this was helpful... if it was please mark me the Branliest.... thanks

Mobile dispensaries are that which provides health coverage to the people living in the remote and deep interior areas. These mobile dispensaries are functional on a regular basis.
Explanation:
Mobile dispensary can help villagers in many ways such as
- It facilitates to maintain "regular contacts" with the villagers and thus help in establishing "good rapport" with them. This assists in "gaining their confidence", thus increasing the "community participation" in all the activities.
- All common problems are dealt at the primary level by our trained health volunteer or medical officer. Therefore, diseases are identified & detected much earlier & also treated & cured with less expenditure, thereby saving people’s money & time. Patients suffering from serious/chronic ailments are referred on time to the other "specialty services".
- There is regular followup & treatment of all chronic ailments such as hypertension, diabetes, etc, and it is possible to limi the mortality & morbidity. The medical team of the mobile dispensary provide services of "pathological investigations" such as blood sugar, Electrocardiogram, & Haemoglobin which is useful to villagers to check on their basic health.
- Health education programs are conducted and undertaken with the help of film shows, role plays, puppet shows, exhibitions, competitions such as "healthy baby, healthy mother" and "nutritious food", Health education and awareness is delivered regularly to rural masses. "Health education" concerning nutrition, dental care, hygiene, mother & child care, & ill-effects of addictions is given regularly.
- With regard to reproductive & child care, moble dispensaries staffs visit all Ante-natal & Post-natal women often and educate and motivate them about Ante-natal checkup, taking essential medicines such as calcium & iron regularly, in addition to having a good nutrition, family planning, safe delivery, child rearing, and so on. The medical staff checks them & refers the high risk cases to higher centres.
Yes, mobile dispensaries must be in my city. Having mobile dispensary provided several benefits such as they provide free medical checkups to people, particularly senior citizens, they comprise a team of dedicated & specialized doctors and as such many early satge ailments can be diagonsed in children and elderly people, doctors analysing patients’ situation also visit their homes if needed for followup, incase of pandemic situations such as COVID such mobile dispensaries are of use in curbing the epidemic and reducing the number of cases.
