a. Weight is given by the product of mass and g. Thus, we can see that weight is directly related to the mass of the body. More the mass, the more is the weight of the body. This is because, g is constant at a place.

b. Mass of the body on the moon is same as the mass of the body on the earth but the g on moon is 1.6 ms⁻² and g on earth is 9.8 ms⁻².

Therefore, weight on earth = 60 X 9.8 N = 588 N

Weight on moon = 60 X 1.6 = 96 N

c. "g" refers to the acceleration due to gravity while "G" is the constant of gravitation. "g" is the acceleration with which a body is pulled towards the centre of the earth while "G" is the force of gravity acting between the two bodies of mass 1 kg separated at a distance of 1 m. The value of "g" is 9.8 ms⁻² and the value of "G" is 6.67 X 10⁻¹¹ m³kg⁻¹s⁻².

{A} Weight is the force exerted on the body by the gravity. thus weight is directly related to mass as W=m*g :: Weight is equal to mass into "g".

:)hope you got it
