But our brain not just contains information and biological know-how but also is supreme in the ordering of actions as per the required situation. Also, it contains the most essential entity for existence i.e., Feelings without which organisms are living dead. Thus, I think the human brain cannot be replaced with a computer. However, the essential information can be stored in a computer in the form of chips or A.I. technology.
