using the formula

B = -DELTA P / DELTA V × V

We find the decrease in volume.

we know that 1 lit. = 10^-3 m^3

so we have to find value of Delta v

6×10^9 = -1.6×10^7 /Delta v × 250 × 10^-3

Delta v = 1.6 × 10^7 × 250 × 10^ -3 / 6×10^9

= 1.6 × 2.5 × 10^7 × 10^-1 × 10^-9 /6

Delta v = 0.66 × 10 ^ -3 m^3

so , value of decreased volume comes 0.66 × 10^-3 m^3 .

I hope this helps you
