Answers
Answer:
(a) Here the risk refers to go inside the storm clouds which seemed like big black mountains. The narrator took the risk because he desperately wanted to have that big english breakfast with his family.
(b)The young seagull was afraid to fly because he thought that his wings would never support him and he will fall and hurt himself.Yes I think that somewhat all birds are afraid to make their first flight as it is fearful to do something for the first time.I think that human babies also find it challenging to take their first step without any support.
(c)When the narrator entered inside the black clouds he found it impossible to see something as everything looked black and his old aeroplane jumped and twisted in the air and narrator was terrified and scared when the insruments in the aeroplane stopped working.
(d) The woman in the control room was shocked by the narrator's question because she could only see the narrator's aeroplane up in the sky in the storm and even the radar showed the same.
