(a) I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I -
I took the less travelled by,
And that has made all difference.
(1) what has made all the difference?

Maybe it's road which has made all the difference. As the poet was not sure that which should be taken. One was covered with grass because it was less travelled and other was more time travelled. This made the two roads different from each other.

the choices made by the poet has made all the difference ... this difference maybe in the consequences of both the choices...maybe the road metaphor for choice that is less travelled by had a gud or the desired consequence for the poet or maybe not ..
Hence this made all the difference
